The classes combine materials from renowned publishers such as Cambridge, Oxford, and National Geographic with authentic materials from blogs, websites, news, TED Talks, and videos, as well as content from platforms like Linguahouse and ESL Brains. Students learn to communicate in everyday situations, talk about their routine, family, friends, and profession, and express their hobbies, desires, opinions, and experiences.
English for Business/Professionals
(Business English)
The Business English course focuses on developing communication skills in English for professional contexts, preparing students to act with greater confidence and clarity in the workplace. Classes cover situations such as phone calls, video calls, meetings, presentations, and emails, as well as working on vocabulary and specific skills from different professional areas, such as: agriculture, architecture, aviation, engineering, law, medicine, fashion, and international trade. The course combines specialized Business English textbooks, such as Business Result (Oxford) and Business Partner (Pearson), with authentic materials from websites, blogs, TED-Ed, Investopedia, CNBC, The Conversation, and economic and financial analyses produced by professionals in the field.
English for Traveling
The English for Traveling course was developed to help students travel abroad with more independence and peace of mind, developing the vocabulary and skills necessary to handle the main situations of an international trip. The course covers communication from airports, airplanes, and hotels to restaurants and markets, preparing students to understand instructions, ask questions, request information, make purchases, place orders, and interact in everyday situations during the trip. Its content combines an original course for basic levels, an original English for travel guide, a free original app, authentic materials, and videos.

Duolingo English Test
The course focuses on the format, style, and evaluation criteria of each exam, developing reading techniques, listening strategies, the construction of academic and formal texts (writing), and speaking practice aligned with the criteria used by examiners. Preparation is complemented by official and unofficial mock exams, corrections and individualized feedback, as well as books, audio files, and other materials from publishers specializing in exam preparation.
English for Academic Writing
The English for Academic Writing course is aimed at university students, researchers, and academic professionals who need to produce academic texts in English with greater clarity, precision, and adherence to international standards. The course develops skills for producing and writing scientific articles, abstracts, dissertations, theses, and academic presentations, teaching aspects of text organization, vocabulary, style, argumentation, and the construction of formal academic writing. The classes utilize academic writing books and guides, such as Swales and Feak (2004), academic phrasebanks from universities, and research from writing centers and laboratories, in addition to addressing citation and formatting standards according to APA 7th edition and ABNT.
Portuguese for Foreigners
The Portuguese for Foreigners course is suitable for students of any nationality, provided they have at least an elementary level of English. By using authentic materials from Brazilian magazines, websites, and videos, this course will introduce foreign students to our Brazilian culture and help them practice speaking in general contexts.
